1. Platform overview

Bisengo is a national real estate and professional services matchmaking platform covering the entire Democratic Republic of Congo, with Kinshasa as its priority launch market. It is published by Kizingtech Group. By using Bisengo, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Role of Bisengo

Bisengo acts solely as a matchmaking platform. It does not conclude any real estate transaction, does not collect rent or purchase price, and is not party to contracts between users. Bisengo's liability cannot be engaged for any dispute between an agent, a provider and a client.

3. Agent obligations

• Have the mandate or legal authorization from the owner to market any published property.
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information (price, area, location, photos).
• Not charge hidden fees or undisclosed commissions beyond the displayed price.
• Inform Bisengo of any change in a property's status (sold, rented, unavailable).

4. Service provider obligations

• Publish only truthful information about their skills, experience and work.
• Not impersonate another company or professional.
• Assume full responsibility for the services provided to their clients.

5. User rights

• Any user may report a fraudulent listing or non-compliant provider to contact@bisengo.org.
• Any reported listing is reviewed within 48 business hours.
• Bisengo reserves the right to suspend or delete any non-compliant account or content.
• Do not pay any deposit without having physically visited the property and verified the owner's documents.

6. Personal data

The data collected (name, email, phone) is used exclusively for the platform's operation and user matchmaking. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@bisengo.org.

7. Intellectual property

All Bisengo content (logo, texts, design, code) is the exclusive property of Kizingtech Group and is protected by laws in force in the DRC and internationally. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Bisengo does not guarantee the accuracy of information published by agents and providers. In no event shall Kizingtech Group be liable for financial losses or damages resulting from a transaction made through the platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

Kizingtech Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of important changes by email or notification on the platform. Continued use of Bisengo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
